ECFL ROSTERS
All teams playing in the ECFL must have no more than (65) sixty five active player.
All players/coaches must have photo and information on team roster page on ECFL HTO site. If player infomation and photo are not up they will not eligible to play in that game. If do they will considered an illegal player. SEE ILLEGAL PLAYER RULE.
All players must have matching team uniforms and helmet. If player does not have matching uniform or helmet they will be removed from the game until equipment matches.
All teams playing in the ECFL can add players to their rosters up to July 5th of the current year, providing the number players on the active roster does not exceed sixty five (65) active players.
If a team or teams in the ECFL wish to acquire or trade for a player or players the must receive approval from the ECFL Commissioner and the player or players involved in the transaction. No trades or acquisitions will be allowed after July 5th of the current year.
Any team in the ECFL found guilty by the ECFL Commissioner of taking a player or players from another team in the ECFL will not be allowed to use said player or players on its team roster for that season.
All teams playing in the ECFL must submit a preliminary roster to the ECFL Commissioner by April 1st of current year.
Any team can add players up to game time but not past July 5th of the regular season.
A player needs to participate in (50%) of regular season games to be eligible for playoff games.
ROSTER GAME DAY CHECK IN
All teams will bring a printed copy of the roster check in form to every game. You can get all rosters for the ECFL web site (www.ecfl.us).
All players must check in dressed or not dressed to have it counted as a game participated.
If a player is not at the start of the game they can still play but needs to check in at half-time.
Check in will be done by video by your team. (Note video must have a rep from other team, a referee or league commissioner in the start of video.)
All videos must be submitted by monday midnight. If not your team will not get a game credit.
First offense of not doing a roster check in you will receive a warning.
Next offense you will receive a fine and if you are the winning team and did not do the roster check-in and the other team did you will receive a forfeit.
ILLEGAL PLAYER RULE
Any team that uses a illegal player in a game will forfeit that game.
GAME PROTEST
If a team wishes to protest a game, they MUST inform the Chief Referee before he leaves the field that the game is under protest. Then contact the ECFL Commissioner.
EMT RULE
Teams are responsible for their own EMT or Certified Trainer working the game.
